Use IMGTool V2 and open gta3.img (located in the GTA-SanAndreas models folder) and replace the files zr350.dff and zr350.txd in the gta3.img
file with its corrosponding file from the ZIP archive.  REMEMBER!!!ALWAYS MAKE BACKUPS

Then replace the data

.....\vehicles.ide

477, zr350, zr350, car, ZR350, ZR350, null, richfamily,          10,     0,      0,              -1, 0.8, 0.8,           0

.....\data\carcols.dat

zr350, 122,1, 123,1, 125,1, 10,1, 24,1, 37,1, 55,1, 66,1

Now load up San Andreas and have fun!
